This project was to get me out of my comfort zone and take a shot at character focused work. Have been learning for the past weeks techniques that could help me improve my speed and workflow in ZBrush, specially for concepting. With this project, I took the free time I had to experiment and create my own character concept from scratch, taking inspiration from sci-fi classics and a few ancient cultures to come up with the details found in this character.
The character was sculpted in ZBrush, textured in Substance Painter and rendered in UE5. (This project was created 10 months prior to this post.)
